My passion for birth and women’s health has been with me for as long as I can remember. Even as a young girl, I was fascinated by the strength and beauty of the birthing process. That deep curiosity grew over the years into a calling—one that has shaped the direction of my life and work.

In 2020, I became licensed as a massage therapist with the clear intention of using those skills to support women’s health. I was drawn to the way bodywork could not only ease pain and tension but also offer care, connection, and healing—especially during the big transitions of pregnancy and postpartum.

To take the next step toward birth work, I spent three months at a birth center in Bozeman, Montana, where I had the incredible opportunity to train under a group of midwives. There, I learned about pregnancy, the stages of labor, comfort techniques, childbirth education, how to handle birth emergencies, neonatal resuscitation, postpartum, breastfeeding, and so so much more. It was an immersive, hands-on experience that completely deepened my understanding and love for this work.

After returning home, I continued learning and growing under the guidance of some of East Tennessee’s wonderful midwives and birth workers. Being part of this community has only strengthened my desire to serve, support, and stand beside families during such a powerful time in their lives.

Now, I bring all of that—my massage therapy background and birth doula training—into the care I offer. Whether through massage or doula support (or a blend of both), my goal is to walk alongside mothers-to-be with presence, knowledge, and compassion. This work means so much to me, and I’m honored to be part of your story.
